We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Treasury Management Sales Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and expanding high-value, complex treasury relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our clients, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth across our suite of treasury products and services. This position is fully in office and is located at our corporate building in Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as a key contact for a portfolio of high value, complex Treasury Management clients, providing expert servicing and support.

  • Develop and grow client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering customized treasury solutions.

  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues, including coordination with internal teams and escalation when necessary.

  • Collaborate with bankers, product teams and management to address client concerns and deliver seamless service.

  • Responsible for properly aligning loan clients with treasury products, which fit their ongoing needs.

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and partner with internal stakeholders to expand client engagement across the bank's offerings.

  • Lead onboarding efforts for major client relationships and complex industry segments, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process.

  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and value-added service.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Treasury Management team and broader organizational goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in business, finance or related field and some banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

  • Deep understanding of treasury management products, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong sales acumen and relationship management skills, with a client-first mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and resolve issues effectively.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail oriented and committed to delivering high qualify work.

  • Proficient Microsoft Office and other relevant technology platforms.

  • Some travel required.

Pay range (depending on experience): $85,000 to $130,000/ Annual Base Salary, plus eligible for incentive
