We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and client-focused Treasury Management Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for prospecting and bringing new relationships to the bank, managing, and expanding high-value, complex treasury relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will independently generate new business for the bank along with acting as a strategic partner to our clients, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth across our most complex suite of treasury products and services. Position is located at our corporate office in Las Vegas and is fully in office 5 days.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently identify, cultivate, onboard and manage new key client, non-lending relationships.
  • Develop and grow client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering customized treasury solutions including integrated receivables and integrated banking solutions.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and partner with internal stakeholders to expand client engagement across the bank’s most complex offerings.
  • Oversee onboarding efforts for major client relationships and complex industry segments such as construction, healthcare and juris, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of high-value, complex Treasury Management clients, providing expert solutions and support.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues, including coordination with internal teams and escalation when necessary.
  • Collaborate with bankers, product teams, and management to address client concerns and deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and value-added service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Treasury Management team and broader organizational goals.
  • Some travel is required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in business, finance or related field and 8+ yrs of banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending or other directly related experience. Equivalent experience may meet requirements.
  • Proven experience in banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, and relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of treasury management products, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong sales acumen and relationship management skills, with a client first mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and resolve issues effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Detail oriented and committed to delivering high quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology platforms.

Pay range (depending on experience): $135,000 - $160,000 / Annual Base Salary plus incentive
