We are now accepting applications for our Client Service Associate position located at our branch in Lovelock, NV.


Work schedule can vary Monday through Friday.


The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
  • Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through exploring customer needs and by utilizing knowledge of available bank products and services.
  • Handle loan payments and cash checks.
  • Adhere to Bank's security policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of bank records and client information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Client Service Associate (CSA) position requires:

  • Minimum 6 months of cash handling, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Ability to count money and make basic calculations to be able to balance transactions.
  • Ability to follow specific, detailed policy and procedures.
  • High School diploma or GED.


***CSA position has 5 levels and is based on previous years of experience within a financial institution.***

Additional requirements for CSA 2 through 3 levels:

    • 6 months through 24 months minimum teller experience from another financial institution.
    • Advanced teller ability and understanding.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Basic new account opening and relationship building ability.
