Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in banking, payment strategies, product management, sales, or other directly related experience.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Motivational, budgeting and project management experience preferred.
- Must have extensive knowledge of financial services industry, payment strategies, operational processes, and sales practices.
- Ability to drive payment strategies and programs.
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of risk practices and processes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to interface with stakeholders, management and executives corporate wide.
- Excellent change management, leadership and management skills.
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and can problem solve within a complex business environment.
Pay Range depending on experience $164,000 to $209,000 Plus incentive Plan
