We're on the hunt for a dynamic Marketing Project Manager to lead innovative campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and more! Essential Functions:
Develops marketing projects (campaigns, concepts, messaging, and materials) to support a broader marketing strategy.
Leverages a broad mix of paid, earned and owned media to reach defined target audiences.
Executes marketing plans and marketing projects across all mediums, including but not limited to: TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, Point of Sale, Direct Mail, Promotions, Digital, SEM, SEO, CRM and Loyalty programs.
Conducts web site marketing and maintenance, produces digital advertising, and manages email marketing and database marketing efforts.
Initiates, plans, executes, and controls project efforts to meet project objective and budget.
Develops detailed schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Manages project production and vendor relationships.
Tracks key milestones and adjusts plans and/or resources, applying change control procedures.
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors and 2+ years experience with project management (preferably in a marketing or advertising division), knowledge of financial services industry, digital advertising, website marketing, analytics, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Working knowledge of project management, marketing/advertising, banking industry, website marketing and analytics/digital advertising.
Demonstrated ability to apply marketing concepts to meet business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and build effective partnerships across organizational and functional boundaries.
High level of initiative, energy, persistence.
Proficient with MS SharePoint and MS Office.
Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong organizational, communication, and process improvement skills.
Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
