What you need to bring to the table:
- Working knowledge of banking operations, loss and fraud prevention principals, compliance and regulatory issues related to the department and/or company.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work in a high productive and energetic environment.
- Good interpersonal, research, problem resolution and audit skills.
- Ability to create and complete reports as needed.
- Ability to use various software applications.
- Must be able to meet strict internal and regulatory deadlines.
- 2+ years of financial services, banking operations or other directly related experience, preferably in a fraud prevention or security area.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
