The Business Development Outbound Call Center Specialist requires;
- 3+ years of financial institution experience, preferably in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience. (Combination of education and experience may meet job requirements).
- 2+ years call center experience within the banking/financial services, customer service or other directly related experience
- Advanced knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.
- Strong customer service, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use a variety of computer software.
- Ability to cross sell bank products.
- Initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
- Knowledge of various computer software including Salesforce, Excel and Word.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
