We are now accepting applications for a Business Banking Chat Specialist (Client Relations & Acquisition Specialist) to join our Client Acquisition Group in Las Vegas, NV. This position will support Nevada State Bank and National Bank of Arizona.
Essential Functions:
- Respond to inquiries coming from chat box.
- Perform outbound sales and service calls to prospective and existing bank clients.
- Responsible for expanding client base by sourcing new relationships and cross-selling bank products and services to new and existing relationships.
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems as needed.
- May assist clients with product offerings, selection, loan application processes and opening accounts.
- Generates qualified referrals while following operational procedures and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Provides support to business unit personnel as needed.
- Assists with department projects and tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
*Weekend hours are a possibility in the future.*
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
- Bilingual Spanish / English preferred.
- Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.
- Good customer service, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use a variety of computer software.
- Ability to cross sell bank products.
- Initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
- High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay range (depending on experience): $22 - $23/hour
