The Business Banker (Corporate / Commercial Lending) position requires:
- 2+ years of current sales experience within a financial institution, with proven record showing the ability to meet or exceed all sales goals.
- Knowledge of business and consumer lending.
- Sales experience with: Lending, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Vault Services, Leasing Programs, Business Credit Cards and Account Analysis.
- Active business development, outside sales calls, cold calls and strong internal sales leadership skills.
- Understanding of current markets and trends regarding rate pertaining to lending products.
- Working knowledge of consumer and business products with the ability to know when to cross sell said products.
- Working knowledge of lending processes, loan principles and applications.
- Must have excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and general PC's skills.
- High School diploma or GED
