REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 3+ years of combined experience in product management, product development, software development and/or product support with the Salesforce Platform

  • Working knowledge of the agile frameworks & scaling models, including iteration planning, backlog refinement, daily stand ups, iteration reviews and system demos, iteration retrospectives, PI Planning, Demos, Inspect & Adapt Workshops, Scrum-of-Scrums, PO Sync and ART Sync 

  • Experience contributing to the strategic creation of products, accelerating value delivery to customers, working with cross-functional teams, employing innovative mindsets & practices to product development (design-thinking, lean startup approach, MVP, rapid prototyping, frequent feedback cycles, customer centricity).

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer or business-related discipline (Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or Management, etc.) or Business Analyst experience working in the financial services industry supporting digital initiatives

  • Presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills  

  • Strong planning, problem resolution, listening and team building skills 

  • Mindful of the user experience – always looking for ways to make the product better 

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification or experience as a product owner in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 

  • Ability to create elegant, simplistic designs while also accommodating the complex, technical ‘stuff’ going on in the background. 

 
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
 
FIRST 12 MONTH OBJECTIVES
  • Partner with project team to refine user story requirements for offshore development team

  • Contain scope of current project MVP
  • Assist with building future backlog and roadmap

  • Support establishing strong agile practices for future internal development

    • Including transitioning product from 3rd party implementation teams to internal support and development teams

    • Participate in establishing agile operating model and maturing team skills around agile practices
